Agua sin Hervir does not collect, transmit, or sell any personal data. The app works entirely offline: there is no account, no server, and nothing you do in the app ever leaves your device.
What stays on your device
Everything the app remembers — your progress along the route, your gear, the friends you've met, your saved rondas in La Libreta, and your settings — is written to a private file on your device using Apple's standard file storage. It is never uploaded anywhere.

Camera and photo library
If you choose to give a friend a portrait, you may take a photo with the camera or pick one from your photo library. That photo is processed on your device only, is never uploaded, and is stored solely inside the app's own data so it can show that friend's portrait. You can remove it at any time by changing or clearing the portrait in Los de la Ronda.
Notifications
If you turn on the merienda reminder in Settings, the app schedules a local notification on your device. No notification content or schedule is sent to us or to anyone else.
Tracking
Agua sin Hervir does not track you, does not use advertising identifiers, and does not share data with third parties for advertising or any other purpose. There are no analytics or advertising SDKs in the app.
Children's privacy
The app does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children, because it collects no information at all.
Changes to this policy
If this policy ever changes, the update will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
