My pour always comes out flat — what am I doing wrong?
Watch the termo's temperature gauge before you pour. Water that's too cool or boiling leaves the mate flat, and pouring straight onto the dry montañita or overfilling the gourd does the same. Hold a touch longer on a fresh gourd, let go as soon as the level looks right, and keep an eye on the wind at that location — it cools the termo faster.
How do I refill the termo or refresh the yerba?
Open the ronda menu and choose "Heat the pava." Take it off the anafe right at the ojo de pescado bubbles, before it boils, then pour. You'll be offered a fresh side of yerba once the old side is worn out — refreshing it is your call.
Why does it say "¡No es micrófono!"?
That's the ronda's way of telling you the gourd has been in one friend's hands too long. Pass it on with a drag as soon as they've had their sip.
Are my saved rondas and progress backed up anywhere?
Everything is stored only on your device, by design — there's no account and no server. If you delete the app or switch devices without a backup, that history won't carry over. See the privacy policy for details.
